The Abbotsford School was our first school.  We opened it in the old National Guard Armory in December of 1991.  All of our students who took classes in the Armory like to tell stories of how cold and small it was.  We soon out grew the Armory and moved to our present location.  Abby is our smallest school, with about 75 active students.  Quite a few of the very first students from the old Armory still train with us today including Mr. Reis who is our main instructor in Marshfield.

Medford is our second school. It opened in January 1994.  We started out in a small location on Wisconsin Avenue.  Within a year we needed to relocate to a bigger place.  Our present location on Main Street is very spacious, with ample workout space for the 90 plus active students.

The Marshfield school opened in October of 2000.  Our 250 plus active students enjoy a large padded floor workout area, visitors sitting section, and a "homework" room.  We offer classes six days a week in Marshfield and morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday.
